Overview

I had stage 4 breast cancer. I was 45. Doc gave me 6 months if I did nothing, or 2 years if i did what he said.

Everyday, for the past 6 years, I have thought about what I can do to survive. I got a lot of advice.  I tried many things…but not everything.

I will proceed to list, explain, evaluate  and critique these things.
