Don’t judge me.

I took a course, while I was able, called healing journey The Doc who taught the course is an oncologist, psychologist, and cancer survivor.

He teachers relaxation and visualizing techniques. You use your imagination to try and get your white blood cells to fight the cancer. The deep relaxation techniques, bordering on meditation help you somehow, by relieving stress, and connect you with your body on a cellular level.

Visualizing is actually harder than it sounds. You must control your imagination, without letting your mind wander. I think it does make you feel better.

I recommend it.
