what i did to survive radiation – the nutrients

I took nutrients to fight the effects of radiation, and also to help my skin and muscles recover from the radiation burns. Some nutrients add to the effectiveness of the radiation.

Iodine is important to eliminate radiation from your body. It’s what you take if you are exposed to radiation from a nuclear explosion of any kind. Kelp, which is seaweed, is your most natural way of ingesting iodine. Kelp is good for you anyway. It’s full of minerals.

What I took while getting radiation:

Tumeric or curcumin
calcium
potassium
A
B complex
D3
C
E
fish oil capsules
N-acetylcystiene
Melatonin at night
Quercetin
zinc

Things i ate everyday during radiation:

tomato sauce (because it has lypocene)
Flax oil
whey and yogurt
nori
green tea
seaweed salad

Some things might reduce the effectiveness of radiation, by protecting the cancer cells.
I did not take:

coenyzme q10
selenium

I put vitamin e on my skin, and aloe vera. Don’t use soap. You don’t want to dry out the skin when it’s so delicate. My skin did not break or blister, so I think it worked.
