You have a lot to live for... My daughter was 13 at the time I was diagnosed, and I was most concerned about abandoning her and hurting her. It turned out that often I relied on her to take care of me. I believe the experience made her into an even stronger person. Someone told me to let people help me. Such a simple thing, but very true.
